Information you choose to share

This website does not store contact-form submissions. When you complete the contact form, it prepares a message in your email application. Your email provider handles the message when you choose to send it.

How we use information

Information sent to us may be used to respond to enquiries, discuss membership or volunteering, share requested updates, and coordinate community programmes.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We only share information when necessary to respond to your request, when required by law, or with your permission. Information is retained only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was supplied.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you previously sent, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain it.
