The meeting will include elections for the Executive Committee, approval of the annual budget, and discussion of strategic priorities. Members will receive detailed information and meeting materials in advance.

New Community Development Initiative Launched

We are excited to announce the launch of a new community development initiative focused on economic empowerment in partnership with local stakeholders. This programme will provide skills training, entrepreneurship support, and access to resources for community members.

The initiative is the result of extensive community consultation and reflects priorities identified by community members themselves. We look forward to working with communities to implement this programme effectively.

Annual Report Published

Kasi People's First has published its annual report for 2024, documenting our activities, achievements, and financial performance throughout the year. The report highlights our commitment to transparency and accountability.

Key highlights include successful advocacy campaigns, community development projects, and capacity-building programmes. The report is available to all members and stakeholders upon request.

Partnership Agreement Signed

We are pleased to announce a new partnership agreement with a leading civil society organisation. This partnership will enhance our capacity to serve communities and expand the reach of our programmes.

The partnership focuses on collaborative programme development, resource sharing, and joint advocacy efforts. We believe this collaboration will create greater impact for the communities we serve.

Community Consultation Sessions Completed

Over the past month, Kasi People's First conducted extensive community consultation sessions across multiple communities. These sessions provided valuable insights into community needs, priorities, and expectations.

The feedback gathered will inform our programme development and strategic planning for 2025. We are grateful to all community members who participated and shared their perspectives.

Capacity-Building Workshop Success

A recent capacity-building workshop for community leaders was successfully completed, with participants gaining valuable skills in organisational management, advocacy, and community mobilisation.

Participants reported high satisfaction with the workshop content and format. We plan to offer similar workshops in the future to continue building community capacity.
