Organizational Structure
General Assembly
The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of Kasi People's First. It consists of all registered members and meets at least annually to:
- Elect the Executive Committee
- Approve the annual budget and financial reports
- Review and amend the constitution
- Make decisions on major policy matters
- Approve strategic plans and organizational direction
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is elected by the General Assembly and is responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization

- Reporting regularly to the membership
