How We Work
We start by listening. Residents identify priorities; together, we shape practical responses, build local capability, and carry community voices into the rooms where decisions are made.
Our work moves through five connected practices:
- Community Consultation: Regular engagement with community members to identify needs and priorities
- Collaborative Planning: Working together with communities to develop action plans
- Capacity Building: Providing training and resources to strengthen local capabilities
- Advocacy: Representing community interests in relevant forums and decision-making bodies
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Continuously assessing our impact and adjusting our approach as needed
